GENERAL
TRAVEL CONDITIONS
Registration
The registration for a trip is binding for both consumer and travel agency once the deposit has been paid.
Payment
provisions
The following rules apply, unless other provisions are stated on your invoice.
The deposit must be paid no later than 4 days after invoicing. When registering, a deposit of 30% of the price of the trip is paid, but a minimum of DKK 2,000. On certain travel arrangements, however, more of the price of the trip.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 90 days before departure.
If the deadline for paying the deposit is not met, the offer will expire. If the deadline for payment of the balance is not met, the registration will be deemed to have been canceled without valid reason and the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation
The following rules apply, unless other provisions are stated on your invoice.
In case of cancellation of trips after final confirmation and payment of the deposit, this is lost.

In case of cancellation 60-46 days before departure, a fee of 75% of the travel price is charged. If canceled 45 days before departure, the entire price of the trip is lost.
The following applies, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. We point out that there may be extraordinary costs associated with individual journeys.
However, larger cancellation fees may be listed on the invoice in the event of prepayments or payments for quick issuance of hotels or other services.

If acts of war, natural disasters, life-threatening infectious diseases and other similar events occur within a period of 14 days before the start of the journey, the journey can be canceled free of charge. However, it will be a condition that the Danish authorities (e.g. the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) directly advise against travel to the area in question and that the events have occurred after the travel was ordered.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests take out travel insurance during the journey, which covers illness and transport home. It is the participants' duty to be adequately insured in all respects in connection with the journey. We point out that there can be extremely serious financial consequences if there is no travel insurance cover for trips abroad. For clarification of technical questions and applicable insurance conditions, we refer to the insurance company.
Passport & We saw
Where nothing else is expressly stated, the visa information on the participation certificate applies to Danish citizens, just as the information is related to the stated itinerary. Foreign nationals and dual nationals should check any visa and passport requirements before booking travel.
If you plan to change the course of the journey (including the length of the journey), completely different rules may apply. You should be aware that formalities can change between the time of ordering and the time of departure.
NOTE: There are often visa requirements in connection with transit.
The traveler is obliged to provide a valid passport and visa. We would like to point out that it is very important that your first and last name(s) on the participation certificate and especially all tickets match your current passport. Stage names and middle names may not be used as surnames. If there are discrepancies in the names between the passport and the ticket, the customer may risk being rejected at the airport.
Suka suka assumes no responsibility for customers who are rejected at the border for some unknown reason. Some countries require possession of appropriate currency and a valid return ticket on arrival.
Vaccine
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for vaccinations that are necessary for the completion of the journey.
Tax / fee
Taxes and duties are charged as far as possible in the price of the trip. However, in certain cases there are local taxes that must be paid on site. For example, local taxes and taxes for national parks and on islands.
Your responsibility
Your participation in trips with Suka Suka Travels requires that you are familiar with and agree to the information received through the requested brochure material and the price list, the information received in connection with sending the invoice, including practical travel tips and itinerary, and finally, our departure documents, which are sent before departure.
